• Strong commercial and financial judgment with experience managing revenue, costs and P&L.

Responsibilities

• Drive performance across the Coca-Cola portfolio within South Region Mainstream bottlers, spanning all categories, brands, and packages.
• Translate priorities into bottler-specific execution plans with milestones and measurable outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional teams and align bottler leadership on priorities across customers, channels, and packages.
• Identify gaps in execution and implement corrective actions with clear recommendations; monitor progress in market.
