Coca-Cola United in the United States is seeking a Director, Franchise Operations to drive performance across the Coca-Cola portfolio in the West Region. You will translate regional priorities into territory operating plans and work with bottler partners and frontline teams to deliver volume, revenue, transactions, share, and profitable growth objectives.

Approach planning with data and frontline learning, manage discretionary budgets, and lead the deployment of aligned commercial strategies.

Formación

• 7+ years in a CPG organization across sales, key account, franchise management, or operations.
• Proven ability to translate strategies into territory operating plans and manage bottler relationships.
• Strong financial judgement with experience in revenue, P&L and resource prioritization.

Responsabilidades

• Drive performance across the Coca-Cola portfolio within the West Region, spanning all categories, brands, and packages.
• Lead territory plans, budgets, bottler commitments, and measurable outcomes with cross-functional partners.
• Align Region, Division, Sales Center and frontline teams on priorities and execution actions.
• Monitor performance routines, diagnose gaps, and implement corrective actions with clear recommendations.
