The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Director of Franchise Operations for United Central. The role drives performance across the Coca-Cola portfolio, translating regional priorities into territory plans and working closely with bottler partners to deliver volume, revenue, and share growth.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 7+ years in a CPG context across sales, key accounts, franchise management, or operations.
• Experience translating strategy into territory operating plans and corrective actions.
• Strong commercial and financial judgment with P&L exposure.
• Proven ability to influence bottler leadership and cross-functional partners.
