Klaviyo is seeking a Large Enterprise Sales Manager to lead 6–8 Account Executives across the Western U.S. You’ll drive bookings, forecast accuracy, and the strategic growth of our enterprise business.

In this role you’ll mentor top performers, shape territory plans, and help close multi-product deals with household-name brands. Expect significant travel and a dynamic, data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years leading quota-carrying enterprise AEs in B2B SaaS.
• 8+ years of enterprise selling with personal overachievement.
• Proven ability to teach MEDDPICC or equivalent.
• History of recruiting and developing enterprise sellers who self-source pipeline and hit targets.

Responsibilities

• Own the number and forecast for the team.
• Keep the pipeline full with territory plans and mapping.
• Win the big deals and drive multi-product attachment.
• Grow the team with weekly 1:1 coaching.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Enablement and others.
