CRH Americas Materials is seeking a Ready Mix Performance Improvement Manager for the West Division. You will lead lean initiatives, oversee end-to-end assessments, and drive margin improvement across multiple states while coaching site teams and ensuring safety standards.

Reporting to the VP of Division Performance, the role requires 50% travel in the western United States and strong collaboration with commercial and operations leadership. Base compensation is $120,000–$140,000 with a 15% bonus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operational experience in ready-mix and leading teams.
• Experience with performance tools specific to ready mix operations.
• Proven ability to develop relationships and work as both leader and team member.
• Hands-on technical experience with plant systems and data collection.
• Ability to influence at all levels and manage projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end performance assessments at sites across the western US.
• Analyze and improve plant production efficiencies while maintaining quality.
• Optimize operations to maximize margin and meet demand safely and cost-effectively.
• Align production planning with demand forecast and margin targets.
• Deliver training, coaching, and development for site leaders and frontline staff.
