CRH Americas Materials is seeking a Ready Mix Performance Improvement Manager for the West Division. You will lead lean initiatives, drive cost leadership, and champion operational excellence across multiple states, with a focus on automation and data-driven improvement.

The role requires 5+ years in ready mix operations, hands-on plant experience, and the ability to coach teams. A 15% bonus is part of the compensation package, with base pay in the $120,000–$140,000 range.

Qualifications

• 5+ years operational experience in ready mix.
• Proficiency with performance tools (AggFlow, PEAK, PRISM, B2W, DF3).
• Ability to lead and mentor teams across sites.
• Hands-on technical experience with plant systems and automation.
• Willingness to travel ~50% within the western US.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end performance assessments at assigned sites (pre-visit, on-site, post-visit).
• Analyze and improve plant production efficiencies without sacrificing quality.
• Optimize operations to maximize margin and ensure safety.
• Align production planning with demand forecast and commercial strategy.
• Deliver training, coaching and change leadership across sites.
