Qualifications

• 5+ years of operational experience in ready mix.
• Experience with performance tools AggFlow, PEAK, PRISM, B2W, DF3.
• Ability to lead and develop relationships with teams.
• Hands-on plant systems, data collection, automation experience.
• Travel 50% +/- within the western United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end performance assessments at assigned sites.
• Analyze and improve plant production efficiencies.
• Optimize plant operations to meet sales demand and maximize margin.
• Align production planning with demand forecast and margin targets.
• Deliver effective training, mentoring, and coaching.
