Qualifications

• 5+ years operational experience in ready mix with delivery of progressive results.
• Experience with ready mix performance tools (AggFlow, PEAK, PRISM, B2W, DF3).
• Ability to develop relationships and work with teams as a leader and contributor.
• Hands-on technical experience with plant systems, quality control, automation and data collection.
• Site assessments including reviewing and approving tactical implementation plans.
• Training, coaching and mentoring leadership and frontline teams.
• Ability to influence at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end performance assessments at assigned sites, including pre-visit diagnosis, on-site assessment and post-visit prioritization.
• Optimize plant operations to maximize margin while maintaining safety and quality.
• Align production planning with demand forecast and commercial strategy.
• Collaborate with leadership and the commercial team to develop OpEx and value-added strategies.
• Deliver effective training and coaching to build capability across sites.
• Support development of comprehensive operational budgets and reporting.
