Job summary

CRH is seeking a Ready Mix Performance Improvement Manager to drive lean initiatives and performance across western US operations. You will champion cost leadership, margin improvement, and sustainability while coaching site leaders in AMAT fundamentals and tools.

The role requires 5+ years in ready mix operations, hands-on experience with plant systems, and proven leadership in performance improvements. Travel up to 50% across the western US is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years operational experience in ready mix.
• Proficiency with ready mix performance tools (AggFlow, PEAK, PRISM, B2W, DF3).
• Ability to lead teams and coach toward improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end performance assessments at assigned sites.
• Improve plant production efficiency while maintaining quality.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop OpEx and value-added strategies.
• Plan and prioritize implementation of improvement initiatives.
• Deliver training and coaching to site leaders and teams.
