Job summary

CRH Americas Materials is seeking a Ready Mix Performance Improvement Manager to lead lean initiatives across western US aggregates operations. You will drive performance, safety culture, and cost leadership while tailoring capability-building activities and coaching teams to adopt AMAT fundamentals.

The role requires 5+ years in ready mix operations, strong use of performance tools, and travel up to 50%. You will report to the VP of Division Performance and may lead a small team to deliver

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operations experience in ready mix.
• Experience with performance tools: AggFlow, PEAK, PRISM, B2W, DF3.
• Proven leadership and ability to influence at all levels.
• Hands-on plant systems, QA, and data collection experience.
• Travel up to 50% within the western US.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end performance assessments at assigned sites.
• Analyze and improve plant production efficiencies.
• Align production planning with demand forecasts and margin targets.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop OpEx strategies.
• Provide training and coaching to site leaders and frontline staff.
