Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales management experience leading high-performing teams at a high-growth SaaS company.

Responsibilities

• Forecast commits by month and quarter using automated data layers and predictive metrics.
• Oversee, coach, and motivate a team of Account Executives, tracking quota attainment and expansion.
• Develop and uplevel team selling through enablement, solution selling, and data-led insights.
• Codify product-focused playbooks to connect platform data to Cloudflare solutions.
• Collaborate with Enablement, Product, and Product Marketing to accelerate feature adoption.
• Maintain a robust candidate funnel and regularly interview potential hires.
• Hold regular 1:1s to monitor progress and leverage sales enablement tools.
