Cloudflare is seeking a Director of Sales to lead a team of Named Account Executives in the Washington DC, Raleigh or Charlotte area. This Enterprise role focuses on both acquiring new accounts and expanding existing relationships, requiring a strong technical foundation to engage both engineers and executive buyers.

You will forecast, coach, and drive data-driven PLG strategies across Security, Network, Development, and Infrastructure teams, building a robust pipeline and guiding strategic

• 5+ years of Sales Management experience leading high-performing teams.
• Proven ability to meet/exceed plan through acquisition and expansion.
• Experience selling to technical customers using data-driven PLG models.

• Forecast monthly and quarterly commits using automated data layers.
• Coach and motivate a team of 8 Account Executives toward quotas.
• Develop team selling through enablement and data-driven insights.
• Codify and execute product-focused playbooks to connect data to Cloudflare solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales Enablement, Product, and Product Marketing to accelerate launches.
• Maintain a robust funnel of new hire candidates and network.
