Mead & Hunt seeks a business developer to grow the water practice on the West Coast and across the firm, reporting to the One Water National Market Leader. The role involves cultivating public-sector clients, managing CRM data, and supporting proposal development.

You will travel up to 75% and work with a team that values leadership, strategic growth, and cross‑market collaboration to deliver water/wastewater solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field and at least five years of marketing experience, including three in a relevant industry.
• If no degree, at least nine years of relevant experience with five in a relevant industry.

Responsabilités

• Grow the West Coast water business and expand cross‑unit opportunities across Mead & Hunt.
• Engage with current and potential public clients to leverage expertise into expanded relationships.
• Manage CRM updates, forecast, and proposal support with the Sales team.
• Participate in trade associations and industry events regionally/nationally.
