Mead & Hunt, Inc. seeks a business developer to grow the water practice on the West Coast and across the firm. Flexible remote-work options are available, and candidates will report to the nearest regional West Coast office.

The role involves substantial travel to support client engagement and market growth. You will build relationships with public clients, draft technically grounded proposals, and manage CRM for forecasting and follow-ups, while collaborating with the One Water National Market

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field AND at least five (5) years of marketing experience, including at least three (3) within a relevant industry.
• If no degree, at least nine (9) years of relevant experience with five (5) years within a relevant industry.
• CA or WA PE license or ability to obtain within six months

Responsabilidades

• Grow the water business on the West Coast and across Mead & Hunt's units.
• Engage with current and potential public clients to expand relationships and services.
• Develop technically grounded proposals with subject matter experts and partners.
• Maintain accurate CRM forecasts and action items for leadership and marketing teams.
• Participate in regional/national trade associations and events to promote Mead & Hunt's capabilities.
• Travel up to 75% to meet clients and support project development.
