Mead & Hunt is seeking a Business Developer to grow the water business in the Southeast United States and across Mead & Hunt’s units. You will cultivate relationships with public clients, expand service offerings, and help position the firm for national prominence.

The role involves frequent travel (up to 75%), collaboration with the One Water National Market Leader, and active use of CRM and proposals. Flexible remote-work options are available and relocation not required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field with marketing experience required.
• 5+ years marketing experience, including 3+ in a relevant industry.

Responsabilidades

• Grow Mead & Hunt's water business in the Southeast and across business units.
• Develop and maintain relationships with public clients; identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Draft and develop technically written proposals using SME inputs; manage CRM updates.
• Coordinate with One Water National Market Leader and Marketing on needs and goals.
• Engage in trade associations and events; identify opportunities to promote Mead & Hunt.
• Travel up to 75% and work with cross-market groups to share learned lessons.
