The role offers a path to national prominence and leadership within the firm, supported by a robust portfolio of water projects. The successful candidate will cultivate relationships with public clients, expand service offerings, manage proposals, and maintain CRM forecasts while traveling up to 75%.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field from an accredited college or university with at least five years of marketing experience, including three in a relevant industry
• If no degree, at least nine years of relevant experience with five in a relevant industry
• Experience or familiarity with generative AI-driven tools to enhance productivity and tasks

Aufgaben

• Learn municipal water/wastewater industry and cross-sell opportunities
• Engage current and potential public clients to expand relationships and services
• Maintain CRM with forecast, deadlines, and actions
• Draft and develop technically written proposals
• Identify new sales leads and coordinate meetings with stakeholders
• Support proposal development for the Sales team
• Attend trade associations and events regionally/nationally
• Coordinate client and vendor meetings and document outcomes
• Travel up to 75% to meet prospects and clients
• Participate in Go/No Go processes for proposals
