Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field AND at least five (5) years of marketing experience.
• Or nine (9) years of relevant experience with five (5) years in a related industry.

Responsibilities

• Learn Municipal Water/Wastewater industry and cross-sell opportunities.
• Discover and engage with current and potential customers to expand relationships.
• Communicate with clients and internal staff using web conferences, calls, LinkedIn, or in-person meetings.
• Maintain CRM with forecast dates, costs, and proposal status; track actions and follow-ups.
• Draft technically written proposals using SMEs and vendors.
• Identify new sales leads and coordinate introductory meetings and follow-ups.
• Support proposal development and ensure review processes are followed.
