Job summary

Thriveworks, a nationwide mental health care provider, seeks a Partnerships Manager to lead the West Coast Care Partnerships team. You will coach Care Partnerships Associates, guide territory strategy, and drive measurable referral growth with health systems and providers.

You will own outreach, manage high-value accounts from initial contact to long-term partnerships, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Clinical Operations. Travel occasionally to partner meetings is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in network development or related field with revenue/referral growth
• 2+ years managing or coaching team members
• Strong communication and relationship-building with health system leaders
• Comfort using data to set priorities and decisions via CRM and dashboards
• CRM experience; Salesforce strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Familiarity with West Coast healthcare markets is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Care Partnerships Associates team with coaching and regular reviews
• Own West Coast territory plan and targets for new client visits and referral growth
• Set territory strategy by researching markets and prioritizing referral sources
• Drive outbound outreach via phone, email, virtual meetings, and in-person engagement
• Support strategic accounts and escalate partner issues
• Improve the referral experience and surface partner needs for internal fixes
• Use Salesforce/Looker to forecast results and monitor performance
• Collaborate across Thriveworks teams to address partner needs and growth
