Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking a Manager of Partnerships & Network Development for the West Coast. You will lead the Care Partnerships Associates, drive the territory strategy, and expand access to behavioral health services across health systems and physician groups.

In this player-coach role, you will guide outreach, coach high-potential accounts, and partner with cross-functional teams to optimize referral workflows and patient access while using data to forecast growth. Occasional travel required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in network or business development with referral growth.
• Experience coaching teams and managing performance.
• Strong communication with healthcare leaders.

Responsibilities

• Hire, onboard, coach, and manage Care Partnerships Associates with regular 1:1s and reviews.
• Own West Coast territory plan and targets for new client visits and referral growth.
• Guide associates in prioritizing health systems and referral sources by potential and value.
• Ensure outbound outreach via phone, email, virtual and in-person engagements; expand partnerships.
• Build relationships with health system stakeholders and escalate partner issues as needed.
• Coach teams to navigate referral processes and remove barriers to patient access.
