Job summary

Thriveworks, a nationwide mental health care company, is seeking a Manager, Partnerships & Network Development for the West Coast. You will lead the West Coast Care Partnerships team, coach associates, and own the territory strategy to drive referral growth with health systems and physician groups.

You will collaborate cross-functionally, manage key accounts from outreach through sustained growth, and use data to forecast results and optimize partner experience across providers and locations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in network or business development with referral growth.
• 2+ years coaching or managing team members.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with health system leaders.
• Data-driven with CRM and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Care Partnerships Associates.
• Own West Coast territory plan and targets.
• Drive outbound outreach via phone, email, virtual meetings and in-person engagements.
• Build relationships with health systems and practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support growth and partner needs.
