Thriveworks is seeking a Partnerships Manager for the West Coast to lead the Care Partnerships team and expand access to behavioral healthcare. You will coach Care Partnerships Associates, shape the territory plan, and drive measurable referral growth with health systems, physician groups, and other sources.

The role requires data-driven leadership, strong relationship-building, and the ability to oversee outreach across multiple channels while collaborating with Account Operations, Sales

Competenze

• 5+ years in network development, business development, or healthcare outreach with growth track record.
• 2+ years managing or coaching team members.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with stakeholders.

• Lead and develop the Care Partnerships team (West Coast).
• Drive regional referral growth and territorial strategy.
• Coach with 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and activity metrics.
• Manage portfolios and optimize coverage for high-potential accounts.
