Job summary

Thriveworks seeks a Partnerships Manager to lead the West Coast Care Partnerships team and expand access to behavioral healthcare. You will coach the associates building relationships with healthcare organizations and referral partners, owning the territory strategy and measurable referral growth.

This player-coach role requires data-driven leadership to guide accounts from outreach through long-term partnership growth. Occasional travel is expected as part of partner meetings and team events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in network/business development, healthcare outreach, or related field with growth experience.
• 2+ years leading or coaching teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Care Partnerships Associates; set goals and review pipelines.
• Own West Coast territory plan and growth targets; manage key accounts.
• Develop territory strategy focusing on health systems and provider groups.
• Drive outbound outreach by phone, email, virtual and in-person meetings.
• Support strategic accounts and serve as escalation point for partner issues.
