Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking a Partnerships Manager to lead the West Coast Care Partnerships team and expand access to behavioral healthcare. You will coach the Care Partnerships Associates, manage partnerships with health systems and referral partners, and own the territory strategy and measurable referral growth.

This player-coach role requires data-driven leadership and hands-on support for strategic accounts.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills with physicians, practice managers, and health system leaders.
• Comfort with outbound outreach and developing new relationships, and the ability to coach others to do the same.
• Experience using data and performance metrics to set priorities and drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Care Partnerships team: hire, onboard, coach, and manage associates.
• Run regular 1:1s, pipeline and account reviews, and outreach coaching; set goals and track activity and outcomes.
• Own regional referral growth: plan and targets for new client visits, referral growth, and partnerships.
• Collaborate across Thriveworks to address partner needs with internal resources.
• Use CRM data to forecast results and identify opportunities.
