Thriveworks is seeking a Manager, Partnerships & Network Development to lead the West Coast Care Partnerships team and expand access to behavioral health services across the region. You will coach Associates, manage strategic accounts, and guide the territory strategy from outreach through sustained growth.

Formación

• 5+ years in network or business development with revenue growth.
• 2+ years of coaching or people management.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with diverse stakeholders.
• Comfort with outbound outreach and coaching teams.
• CRM experience; Salesforce preferred.
• West Coast market familiarity; travel may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach the Care Partnerships team; hire, onboard, and manage staff; conduct regular 1:1s and reviews.
• Own West Coast territory growth targets for new client visits and partnerships.
• Set territory strategy by prioritizing health systems, physician groups, and specialty practices.
• Drive outbound outreach via phone, email, virtual meetings, and in-person engagements.
• Support strategic accounts and serve as escalation point for partner issues.
• Improve the referral experience and surface partner needs for internal fixes.
• Manage performance with data using Salesforce, Looker, and dashboards.
• Collaborate with Account Ops, Sales Ops, Marketing, Product, Clinical Ops, Data & Analytics, Billing, and others.
• Contribute to Care Partnerships leadership and West Coast insights.
