Job summary

Thriveworks on the West Coast seeks a proactive Partnerships Manager to lead our Care Partnerships team and drive referral growth with health systems, physician groups, and other partners.

You will coach a field-based team, own territory strategy, and collaborate with internal partners to shorten the referral path and expand access to behavioral healthcare.

This player-coach role requires data-driven leadership, excellent relationship skills, and a commitment to Thriveworks mission.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in network development or related fields.
• 2+ years of experience coaching or managing team members.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with healthcare stakeholders.
• Comfort with data and performance metrics to guide decisions.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Care Partnerships team; hire, onboard, coach, and manage associates.
• Own West Coast territory plan and targets for new client visits and referrals.
• Set territory strategy by researching markets and prioritizing health systems, physician groups, and other partners.
• Drive outbound outreach and reactivation with partners via phone, email, meetings.
• Support strategic accounts and serve as escalation point for partner issues.
• Improve the referral experience by coaching partners to navigate referral processes and remove barriers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address partner needs and support growth.
• Manage performance with Salesforce, Looker, dashboards, and referral data.
