Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking a Partnerships Manager to lead the West Coast Care Partnerships team and expand access to behavioral healthcare across hospitals, physician groups, and referral sources. You will coach the Care Partnerships Associates and own the territory strategy, driving measurable referral growth.

In this player-coach role, you will guide outreach, manage high-potential accounts, and partner with internal teams to optimize the referral experience and support growth across the region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in network growth, business development or sales with referral growth.
• 2+ years leading or coaching teams.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with health care leaders.
• Comfort with outbound outreach and coaching others.
• Experience using data to set priorities and decisions.
• CRM experience; Salesforce preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Marketing or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Care Partnerships team: hire, onboard, coach, and manage associates.
• Run regular 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and outreach coaching; set clear goals.
• Own West Coast referral growth: targets for new client visits and partnerships.
• Assign and rebalance portfolios for high-potential accounts.
• Set territory strategy and prioritize health systems and referral sources.
• Drive outbound outreach by phone, email, meetings; reactivate inactive partners.
• Support strategic accounts with stakeholders and escalation handling.
• Improve the referral experience and remove barriers to access.
• Surface recurring partner needs and collaborate on fixes with leadership.
• Manage performance with data using Salesforce, Looker, dashboards.
