Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking a Manager of Partnerships & Network Development to lead the West Coast Care Partnerships team and expand access to behavioral healthcare. You will coach the team, manage strategic accounts, and drive referral growth across health systems, physician groups, and primary care practices.

This player-coach role requires a proactive leader who can set direction, use data to drive decisions, and collaborate across Thriveworks to support partner success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in network development, business development, healthcare outreach, sales, account management, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience coaching or managing team members.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort with data and performance metrics to set priorities.
• Familiarity with West Coast healthcare markets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Care Partnerships team, with coaching and performance reviews.
• Own the West Coast territory plan and targets for new client visits and partnerships.
• Set territory strategy by researching markets and prioritizing health systems and referral sources.
• Drive outbound outreach by phone, email, virtual meetings, and in-person engagement.
• Build and maintain relationships with health systems and practices; escalate partner issues.
• Improve the referral experience and surface partner needs for internal teams.
• Use CRM data to forecast results and ensure CRM accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support partner growth.
• Contribute to leadership goals for Care Partnerships in the region.
