Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking a proactive Partnerships Manager to lead the West Coast Care Partnerships team. You will coach associates, drive regional referral growth, and own territory strategy while supporting strategic accounts from outreach to ongoing partnership growth.

In this player-coach role, you will use data to guide decisions, collaborate with multiple Thriveworks teams, and ensure a high-quality referral experience for partners and patients alike.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in network development, business development, healthcare outreach, sales, account management, or a related field with a track record of referral or revenue growth.
• 2+ years of experience managing or coaching team members (people management preferred).
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills with physicians, practice managers, and health system leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Care Partnerships team: hire, onboard, coach, and manage associates; conduct 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and outreach coaching.
• Own regional referral growth: manage West Coast territory plan, targets for new client visits and partnerships; allocate portfolios for high-potential accounts.
• Set territory strategy by researching markets and prioritizing health systems, physician groups, and specialty practices by potential and value.
• Drive outbound outreach by phone, email, virtual meetings, and in-person engagement; re-engage inactive partners and expand across locations.
