Thriveworks is seeking a Manager, Partnerships & Network Development (West Coast) to lead and scale the West Coast Care Partnerships team. You will coach Associates, drive regional referral growth, and own territory strategy across health systems and practices.

You will collaborate with internal teams to improve the referral experience, leverage data for performance, and ensure robust partner engagement across the region.

• 5+ years in network or business development with revenue growth.
• 2+ years managing or coaching team members.
