Job summary

Thriveworks seeks a Manager, Partnerships & Network Development for the West Coast to lead a growing Care Partnerships team and expand referrals with health systems, physician groups, and offices. You will guide outreach, coach associates, and manage strategic accounts from initial outreach through long-term growth.

The role focuses on developing markets, prioritizing high-potential partners, and using data dashboards to forecast results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in network development, healthcare outreach, or related field.
• 2+ years of people management or coaching experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with healthcare partners.
• Comfort with outbound outreach and developing new relationships.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive decisions.
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Lead Thriveworks West Coast Care Partnerships team and coach the Associates.
• Own the territory plan and targets for new client visits and referral growth.
• Assign and rebalance portfolios to cover high-potential accounts.
• Guide associates in researching markets and prioritizing health systems and practices.
• Drive outbound outreach by phone, email, virtual meetings, and in-person visits.
• Support strategic accounts and escalate partner issues as needed.
• Coach the team to navigate the referral process and remove access barriers.
• Manage performance with data; use Salesforce/Looker dashboards to forecast results.
• Partner with Operations, Marketing, Product, and other teams to support growth.
• Share West Coast insights and contribute to Care Partnerships goals.
