Job summary

Applied Biological Materials (abm) Inc. seeks a Sales Account Manager for the U.S. West Territory, with a West Coast base preferred.

The role is remote and focuses on growing existing accounts and building new relationships across academic, biotech, pharma, CRO, government, and research institutions. The ideal candidate combines life sciences sales experience with knowledge of cell lines and related products, and is prepared to travel within the territory to meet customers and advance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in BD, account mgmt, or technical sales in life sciences.
• Strong understanding of U.S. life science markets.
• Experience selling cell lines or related life science products preferred.
• Willing to travel regularly within territory.

Responsibilities

• Manage and expand customer accounts in the U.S. West.
• Identify new opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Build relationships with researchers and procurement contacts.
• Lead regular meetings to understand needs and propose abm solutions.
• Develop territory plans and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions.
• Represent abm at conferences and events.
• Travel regularly within territory.
