BioMérieux Inc. seeks an Account Manager, Food - West to cover Southern California, Arizona and Hawaii, based in Southern California.

The role will establish and execute field sales strategies to support revenue targets and growth, while managing territory accounts to meet or exceed targets. You will collaborate with AMs, BDMs, RSMs, CAMs, Marketing, CSO and Scientific Affairs to develop programs, generate new prospects, and maintain full sales ownership of territory accounts.

Formación

• Bachelor degree required.
• HS diploma/GED plus 4 years in a B2B sales environment or 4 years in food safety lab/ops with ability to build relationships and achieve sales objectives.
• 2+ years in a B2B sales environment or 2+ years in food safety lab/ops with ability to build relationships and achieve sales objectives.
• Food safety sales background highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Territory management of geographic area as designed by RSM for US Food Accounts.
• Maintain and grow existing business while generating new business and revenue through selling instruments and reagents.
• Achieve territory revenue targets and growth goals (100% attainment).
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing management to develop new or improved sales/support tools.
• Understand market trends, drivers, customer challenges and journey; identify competitors and supply chains.
• Adopt a team approach with cross-functional pursuit of goals.
• Support team messaging with FSE, FAS, AM, BDM, CAM and Management.
• Perform work in compliance with quality procedures and standards.
