Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related discipline with 2+ years of experience or a Master's degree in related field.
• Strong interest in life sciences, customer engagement, and B2B marketing.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 30–40%.

Responsibilities

• Develop, recommend, and implement regional marketing campaigns and customer engagement strategies aligned with commercial objectives, including ABM initiatives.
• Partner with Sales, Product Development, and Tech Support to develop and execute customer engagement programs and events.
• Evaluate regional market trends and identify marketing opportunities to increase engagement, brand awareness, and growth.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to execute regional marketing initiatives.
• Analyze campaign performance and data to optimize engagement, ROI, and effectiveness.
• Travel throughout the West Coast to support customer-facing activities and events.
• Other projects or responsibilities as assigned.
