Resilience is seeking a Manager / Senior Manager of Business Development for the West Coast. This field-based role drives new biologics and drug product business, owning the full lifecycle from prospecting to close across the West Coast with up to 50% travel.

The candidate will speak credibly to scientific and business stakeholders and build durable client relationships. The ideal candidate has a hunter mentality, experience in CDMO-related sales, and a strong network in West Coast

Qualifications

• Proven record of generating and closing new business.
• Working knowledge of Biologics or Drug Product development and manufacturing.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Based on or willing to be based on the West Coast.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a self-generated pipeline across West Coast pharma/biotech.
• Own the full sales cycle from outreach to close for Biologics and Drug Product.
• Consistently meet pipeline and revenue targets in the territory.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Commercial Development to shape campaigns and align with capacity.
