Management Performance Associates is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead growth in Northern California and the Pacific Northwest. This senior role focuses on high-power open frames and server power solutions for data centers, telecoms, and industrial automation, with a hybrid Bay Area or WA-based preference.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of sales experience in high‑power power supply solutions.
• Proven track record selling to OEMs, VARs, and system integrators.
• Strong technical understanding of high‑power power supplies.
• West Coast or Bay Area/Washington State location preferred.

Responsibilities
