Your Talent Team is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to accelerate growth across Northern California and the Pacific Northwest. You will drive revenue for high-power open frame and server power solutions in data centers, telecom, and automation sectors.

Based in the Bay Area or WA, this hybrid role requires up to 50% travel and a track record of closing deals with OEMs, VARs, and system integrators while collaborating with engineering, product, and marketing teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in sales within the high-power power supply industry.
• Proven success selling to OEMs, VARs, system integrators, and end users.
• In-depth understanding of high-power power supplies and their applications.

Responsibilities

• New Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities in high-power power supplies, engaging with new clients.
• Sales Leadership and Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Client Relationships: Leverage network to expand customer base and partnerships.
• Industry Expertise: Advise clients and deliver customized high-power solutions.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends to inform product strategies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, product management, and marketing.
• Reporting and Forecasting: Update management on pipeline and trends.
