ExcelliSearch, Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth in Northern California and the Pacific Northwest. You will sell high-power open frame and server power solutions to data centers, telecom, and industrial automation, leveraging an established OEM/VAR network.

This hybrid Bay Area role requires 8+ years in high-power power supply sales, travel up to 50%, and a proven ability to lead strategic accounts with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue targets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in sales within high-power power supply industry or equivalent.
• Proven success selling to OEMs, VARs, system integrators, and end users.
• Deep understanding of high-power power supplies and their applications.
• Established contacts with decision-makers in relevant sectors.
• Consistent achievement of sales targets in a technical sales environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills for conveying technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• New Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities in high-power power supplies with target accounts.
• Sales Leadership and Strategy: Develop and implement strategies for high-value clients to meet revenue targets.
• Client Relationships: Leverage OEM/VAR networks to expand the customer base and partnerships.
• Industry Expertise: Apply knowledge of high-power power supplies to advise clients and deliver tailored solutions.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor trends and competitors to inform product strategies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, product management, and marketing to align solutions.
• Reporting and Forecasting: Regularly update management on pipeline and market trends.
