Eden Capital Careers is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead growth across Northern California and the Pacific Northwest. The role targets high-power open frame and server power solutions for data centers, telecoms, and industrial automation, with a hybrid Bay Area base and remote options within CA/WA.

The ideal candidate will have deep industry contacts, a proven sales track record, and the ability to travel up to 50% to drive new business and strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in high-power power supply sales (open frame and server power)
• Proven success selling to OEMs, VARs, system integrators, and end users
• Strong technical understanding of high‑power power supplies and their applications
• Established contacts with decision-makers in relevant sectors
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for business engagements
• Preferably based in Bay Area or Washington State, West Coast focus

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new opportunities in high-power power supplies with target accounts
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets
• Expand customer base through OEMs, VARs, and system integrators
• Advise clients with deep knowledge of high-power power supplies to deliver tailored solutions
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, and marketing to align solutions with client needs
• Regularly update management on sales progress, pipeline, and market trends
