United Future is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to spearhead growth in Northern California and the Pacific Northwest. The role focuses on high-power open frame and server power solutions for data centers, telecoms, and industrial automation.

You will develop sales strategies, manage key OEM/VAR relationships, and collaborate with engineering and marketing to deliver tailored solutions. This position requires a strong technical background and willingness to travel up to 50% with a hybrid Bay

Qualifications

• 8+ years in sales within the high-power power supply industry.
• Proven success selling to OEMs, VARs, system integrators, and end users.
• Deep technical knowledge of high-power power supplies and their applications.
• Strong network with decision-makers in target sectors.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and base Bay Area or WA state.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for Northern California and the Pacific Northwest.
• Lead new business development with OEMs, VARs, and system integrators.
• Manage client relationships and build sustained partnerships.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, and marketing to tailor solutions.
• Provide regular reporting, forecasting, and market insights to leadership.
