The role requires 8+ years in high-power power supply sales, an established OEM/VAR network, and the ability to travel up to 50%. Hybrid Bay Area or Washington State base preferred for West Coast coverage.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in high-power power supply sales within the open frame and server power segment.
• Proven success selling to OEMs, VARs, system integrators, and end users.
• Strong knowledge of high-power power supplies and their applications.
• Established relationships with decision-makers in target sectors.

Responsibilities

• New Business Development: pursue opportunities in high-power power supplies with target customers lacking ties.
• Sales Leadership and Strategy: develop strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
• Client Relationships: leverage OEM/VAR/integrator networks to expand customer base.
• Industry Expertise: apply deep knowledge to advise and tailor solutions.
• Market Intelligence: monitor trends to inform product strategies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with engineering, product management, and marketing.
• Reporting and Forecasting: provide regular updates on pipeline and markets.
