This role requires 8+ years in high-power power supply sales, an established OEM/VAR network, and the ability to travel up to 50%.

The position is hybrid, based in the Bay Area or Washington State, with collaboration across engineering, product, and marketing

Qualifications

• 8+ years in sales within the high-power power supply industry.
• Proven success selling to OEMs, VARs, system integrators, and end users.
• Deep knowledge of high-power power supplies and their applications.
• Established contacts with decision-makers in relevant sectors.
• Track record of meeting sales targets in a complex, technical environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Preference for candidates based on the Bay Area or Washington State with West Coast coverage.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new opportunities in high-power power supplies, engaging with companies lacking existing ties.
• Develop and implement sales strategies for high-value clients to meet revenue targets.
• Leverage an established network of OEMs, VARs, and system integrators to expand the customer base.
• Advise clients with in-depth knowledge of high-power power supplies and customized solutions.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform product strategies.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, and marketing to align solutions with client needs.
• Regularly update management on sales progress, pipeline development, and market trends.
