Job summary

Ridgemont Resources, Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead growth in Northern California and the Pacific Northwest. You will drive sales initiatives for high-power open frame and server power solutions, serving data centers, telco, and industrial automation markets.

The role requires 8+ years in high-power power supply sales, a proven OEM/VAR/system integrator track record, and a strong technical foundation. This is a hybrid Bay Area/Washington-based position with up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in high-power power supply sales or related field.
• Proven success selling to OEMs, VARs, system integrators, and end users.
• Strong technical understanding of high-power power supplies and their applications.
• Established network with decision-makers in target sectors.
• History of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a complex, technical environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Location in Bay Area or Washington State preferred; travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new opportunities in high-power power supplies with limited existing relationships.
• Develop and implement sales strategies targeting high-value clients to meet revenue targets.
• Leverage OEM, VAR, and system integrator networks to expand customer base.
• Advise clients with deep knowledge of high-power power supplies and customized solutions.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive activity to inform product strategies.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, and marketing to align solutions with client needs.
• Provide regular updates on sales progress, pipeline, and market trends.
