Clear Concepts, Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead growth in Northern California and the Pacific Northwest. You will drive sales for high-power open frame and server power solutions, targeting data centers, telecom, and industrial automation customers.

This role combines strategic account management with hands-on sales leadership. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of high-power power supply sales, an established OEM/VAR network, and a proven ability to close complex deals across the

Qualifications

8+ years in sales within the high-power power supply industry.
Proven success selling to OEMs, VARs, system integrators, and end users.
In-depth understanding of high-power power supplies and their applications.
Established contacts with decision-makers in relevant sectors.
Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

New Business Development: Identify and pursue new opportunities in high-power power supplies.
Sales Leadership and Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies for high-value clients.
Client Relationships: Leverage OEMs, VARs, and integrators to expand the customer base.
Industry Expertise: Advise clients with customized high-power solutions.
Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, product management, and marketing.
Reporting and Forecasting: Update management on progress and pipeline.
