Ideal candidates have 8+ years in high-power power supply sales, a strong OEM/VAR network, and a proven ability to close complex deals. This role is hybrid, based on the West Coast with up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in high-power power supply sales.
• Proven track record with OEMs, VARs and system integrators.
• Strong technical knowledge of high-power power supplies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• West Coast based with willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Hybrid work arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Lead new business development in Northern California and the Pacific Northwest.
• Develop and execute sales strategies for high-power power solutions.
• Manage key accounts and build OEM/VAR relationships.
• Forecast, report, and present sales progress to management.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and marketing to tailor solutions.
• Monitor market trends and competitive activities.
• Travel up to 50% for client engagements.
