Job summary

BASX is seeking a Technical Sales Manager to lead regional sales, work with manufacturer representatives, distributors, and key customers to promote datacenter products. This remote role covers an assigned territory in the United States.

You will develop regional sales strategies, manage channel partners, provide technical product support, and collaborate with engineering and sales leaders to achieve revenue targets. Frequent travel is required to support partners and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or engineering; MBA preferred.
• Proven B2B sales experience in datacenter cooling HVAC or industrial equipment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to hit revenue targets.
• Manage manufacturer reps, distributors, and key customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
• Build relationships with accounts and decision makers.
• Provide sales forecasts, reports, and leadership presentations.
• Travel frequently to support customers within the region.
