Job summary

AAON, Inc. is seeking a Technical Sales Manager for the West Coast region with remote flexibility across Colorado, Washington, Montana, Idaho and Oregon.

You will drive growth for BASX’s Datacenter products through reps, distributors, and key customers, building regional strategies aligned with company goals. The role requires deep knowledge of datacenter cooling systems, strong B2B sales experience, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably HVAC or industrial equipment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Manage and support manufacturer reps and distribution partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence in West Coast.
• Build relationships with key accounts and decision-makers; provide technical product support.
