Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• 8+ years in data center, telecom, technology, connectivity, or distribution sales.
• Proven record leading sales teams and achieving multimillion-dollar targets.
• Established relationships with data center operators, hyperscalers, telecoms, and enterprises.
• Strong knowledge of data center ecosystem including connectivity, power, and network infra.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the regional sales strategy for data center solutions across the Western United States.
• Own revenue targets, forecasting, and pipeline development for the West region.
• Identify new markets, strategic accounts, and data center opportunities.
• Build executive relationships with data center operators, hyperscalers, carriers, cloud providers, and distributors.
• Collaborate with product, operations, engineering, logistics and marketing to deliver customer solutions.
• Manage pipeline and lead RFP/RFI responses from identification to contract.
