Job summary

ButterflyMX is seeking a Channel Territory Manager to own and grow the integrator and reseller partner network across the Western territory. You will be a quota-carrying revenue owner, selling to integrators and dealers, not end customers.

The ideal candidate has channel sales, partner management, and business development experience with a data-driven approach, CRM discipline, and strong Salesforce usage. Travel about 50% is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a quota-carrying channel sales, partner management, or business development role.
• Security, access control, video surveillance, low-voltage, or IT VAR experience preferred.
• Fluency in Salesforce, Excel, and standard business software; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow partner relationships across all tiers in the West Coast.
• Onboard partners, manage registrations, co-sell support, and QBRs.
• Run core CTM motions: whale hunting, tier progression, and vertical development.
• Sign integrators using project intelligence and drive recurring revenue.
