InSpace is seeking a Customer Success Manager - West Coast (AI Marketing) to ensure customers quickly realize value and guide onboarding from kickoff to success. You will be a strategic partner for growth, retention, and long-term collaboration, across the US market.

You’ll identify opportunities, risks and churn signals, advise on content and growth strategies, and work closely with product and engineering to build improvements.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Customer Success, account management or project management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to navigate a dynamic scale‑up and drive processes with AI focus.
