United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an AI Outcomes Manager to own post-sales accounts from implementation through adoption, renewal health, and expansion, using AI to accelerate value realization.

You will unify Customer Success and Customer Support into one accountable role, manage escalations, and ensure customers extract measurable value. This position requires strong communication and technical acumen in a fast-growing enterprise SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer-facing technical roles (support engineering, solutions engineering, CSM, or TAM).
• Hands-on with at least one of: ticketing systems, CRM, workflow automation, analytics platforms, or developer tools.
• Background in fintech, enterprise SaaS, or high-volume support environments preferred.
• Experience across both support and success motions is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Own portfolio end-to-end across implementation, adoption, renewal health, and expansion.
• Unify customer relationships and be the single point of trust with proactive management.
• Manage tickets and escalations, prioritize business outcomes, and coordinate with engineering when needed.
• Drive value translation via usage metrics and business reviews.
